What I Offer

I help you understand the patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of conflict, guilt, and self-pressure-and begin relating to them with compassion instead of control.

 

Through IFS, ACT and behavior science, we work to soften protective parts and reconnect with what's underneath, allowing calm, clarity, and genuine change to emerge. 

 

This process isn’t about fixing yourself-it’s about meeting your inner experience with awareness, so healing can unfold naturally.

You may start to notice patterns that return again and again—guilt, shame, self-criticism, overwhelm, or a constant sense that you should be doing more. These patterns often come from parts of you that were shaped by earlier experiences. Even when you know better, they can pull you into the same loops, making it hard to relax, hard to feel connected, and hard to trust yourself.

Over time, this can leave you tense or guarded, quick to blame yourself, or unsure why you react the way you do. You might feel like you’re moving through life with one foot on the gas and one on the brake—wanting change, but also feeling resistance or fear beneath the surface.

In our work together, we slow everything down enough to actually hear what’s happening inside. We make sense of the patterns instead of fighting them. We look at what each part of you is trying to protect, and how to create more space, clarity, and calm from the inside out.

As you gain this understanding, real change becomes possible—measured, grounded, and sustainable. You begin to lead your life from presence rather than pressure, and the shifts you make aren’t temporary—they last.

My path began in behavior science, where I earned a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with individuals and leaders across a wide range of challenges-helping them understand the patterns driving behavior, emotion and change.

 

Through continued study and training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)  and Internal  Family Systems (IFS), and evidenced based coaching (Co-Active), my work has evolved to bridge the science of behavior change with the depth of inner healing. I now dedicate my practice to helping others move beyond self-criticism, fear, and inner conflict-so they can live with clarity, balance, and genuine self-compassion.
